The UKATA – Duty to Manage Refresher course is suitable for delegates who are responsible for being the duty holder or appointed persons. This course is also suited to delegates who are involved with the management of asbestos within buildings or whom may be responsible for any maintenance or repair of premises within the workplace. This course focuses specifically on the obligations of Regulation 4 from the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Please note: Delegates attending this course MUST have successfully completed the UKATA – Duty to Manage course within the last 12 months.
